Grain and Gluten Free Brownies
This gluten free brownies recipe is also grain free. So let your willpower off the leash for a day. If you're going to rebel, at least you can do it without your food intolerances getting in the way. Now all you have to do is manage your guilt.
Ingredients
185g (6 ½ oz) dark chocolate
125g (4 ½ oz or 5/8 cup) butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
6 tbs coconut flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Method
Grease a 20cm cake tin and line with baking paper. Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar and then eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour and walnuts. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 25 – 30 minutes. Cool in pan.
